Taste one of the world’s first recognised “fusion” cuisines when TAAN welcomes to the kitchen Khun Khanaporn “Aum” Janjerdsak, the owner of Trang’s renowned restaurant Trang Ko’e, to showcase her meticulous Peranakan or Nyonya cooking.

Taking place on Thursday, June 6th, the nine-course dinner promises dishes that blend traditional Chinese techniques with Malay and Thai spices, adding a modern twist to centuries-old recipes.

Priced at B2,500++ per person.
