Fusion Food: Khao Krook Krapow Moo With Fries

Khao Krook Krapow Moo With Fries

This “fusion food” knocked up by my sister-in-law last week when I was in Udon Thani for New Year is the stuff of Michelin stars.

My Thai favourite khao krook krapow moo cooked to perfection with homegrown krapow is splendid on its own with a couple of fried eggs on top but they had a surprise for me.

The missus knows how much I love eating Golden Bowl Western Chinese with fried rice, curry and a healthy helping of chips on the side so she picked up a bag of frozen fries at the supermarket and booyah – a surprise for Stick.

I tanned the lot in minutes. It was delicious.

We need more of this sort of thing.
