Slow Progress…

The new owner of what was Charades in the top back corner of Nana Plaza is making slow progress on his refit of the bar – both inside and out.

Rumoured to be rebranded “Geisha”, the new man has ripped out all The Flintstones look with his building crew remodeling the outside with what I’m hoping will be something bold and bright to light up that usually dark corner.

With Butterflies going to town on their new outside signage that corner and wall needs to be light up like Blackpool.

As for the inside, it was looking far from close to ready for an early December opening when I stuck my head in the other day but maybe the builders will be on double shifts to get the job done.

Let’s see what next week brings…
