The Bed Cinema By Omazz

Instead of curling up on the couch for a bit of Netflix why not head over to CentralWorld to try out the newly launched Bed Cinema By Omazz and get the date of your dreams into bed on the first night?

SF Cinemas have partnered with the premium bedding brand Omazz to launch “The Bed Cinema by Omazz” to create a cinematic experience with a difference.

Staff are on hand providing lounge service for 30 minutes before the movie begins offering a range of food, snacks and drinks.

The setup has set SF and Omazz back a whopping 50 million baht with beds costing between 600,000 -1,000,000 baht each with no expense spared on the tech either with the movie house fitted with a Digital Cinema 4K system and Dolby Digital Surround 7.1 sound system.

The capacity is only 40 people with prices starting at 900 baht on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday going up 1,000 baht per person to Thursday through Sunday. Prices include popcorn and soft drinks.

And fear not, the bedding is all changed between screenings.

Here is some good news to end the year… booze deliveries from ZippBike are back.

After the government banned online alcohol sales and the purchase of booze using an electronic device it put paid to what had become a popular service from ZippBike – rapid beer deliveries around Bangkok.

A workaround has been found and all you have to do is logon to your account at zippbile.com – or create a new one – apply for a ZIppBike Business Account and boom, you’re in.

In fact, I think since writing this ALL accounts have now been automatically converted so even less to do and more reason to order the same great, speedy beer, wine & spirits delivery you remember.
