Chevrolet Captiva Sold Out

A fire sale prompted by the news Chevrolet were pulling out of Thailand at the end of 2020 saw sales boom with the half-price Captiva model now sold out.

Bargain hunters formed lengthy queues outside Chevrolet showrooms up and down the country to snap up a new set of wheels at vastly reduced prices.

A Khon Kaen sales team sold 300 Captivas in one day, compared to the usual 50 per month with almost half of buyers paying the 500,000 baht asking price in cash – half the usual cost of this model.

Chevrolet have assured buyers all warranties will be honoured and servicing still available after the company shut down at the end of the year.
