70-Year-Old Woman Stabs Security Guard To Death

A 70-year-old woman who stabbed a security guard in the chest killing him in Samut Prakan on Tuesday morning has been charged with murder, according to Thai media.

The 36-year-old guard got into a heated argument with the elderly woman and her husband, who work as motorbike taxi drivers, following a minor accident with another driver in front of the building where he worked.

The war of words soon turned into a physical fight with all parties involved equally to blame for the situation escalating.

The woman ended it all by stabbing the guard in the chest with a fruit knife.

Officers from Bangkaew Police Station were called and found the body laid on the ground in a pool of blood with a single stab wound to the chest. The guard was pronounced dead at the scene.

Thai media report police have charged the both the wife and husband with murder despite the woman confessing to knifing the guard.
