Bangkok Flood July 20 2022

Bangkok was battered by almost 11 hours of non-stop torrential rain leaving the capital under water in many areas and causing chaos for commuters.

The heavens opened up just after 6PM on Wednesday night and continued until almost dawn.

Spectacular scenes in the sky were no compensation for those trying to get home last night or to work this morning with dozens of roads knee-deep in water.

The monsoon misery is set to continue until July 24th according to the Met Dept.
