Booze Flowing As Usual Today

Published

no booze bans

Today marks the 70th birthday of HM the King leading many to believe there is a ban on alcohol sales and bar closures.

In the past, such Royal occasions did indeed mean no booze but those days have long passed and now the only dry days in Thailand are for religious holidays, the big 5, or elections.

Pubs and clubs will be operating as normal today and tomorrow, which is yet another public holiday. Your local 7-Eleven and supermarket will be selling suds and spirits as usual too.

All is normal in entertainment land. Have fun.
