Cowboy Coyote Returns To Roi Et By Bus

It has been reported a Soi Cowboy dancer who returned to her home province and then attended a friends wedding has tested positive for Covid-19.

The Governor of Roi Et, Wanchai Konggasem, told reporters on Thursday the 34-year-old coyote dancer is the second bar girl working on lower Sukhumvit who has returned home and tested positive for the virus, bringing the provincial total to three cases.

The unnamed woman returned to Roi Et on March 15 by bus and attended a wedding with around 120 guests held in Phon Thong District on the 18th and 19th.

The dancer started developing a fever together with a sore throat on the 24th and went for a check-up at Roi Et Hospital where tests results confirmed her to have contracted the Covid-19 virus.

Authorities have already located 20 of the wedding guests who have been told to quarantine for 14 days but are frantically trying to trace the other 100 or so guests plus the passengers who took the same bus back to Roi Et from Bangkok.
