A foreigner in Chiang Mai said he didn’t know what all the fuss was about after being taken in for questioning when cops caught him spray painting on the railway station wall.

Police had received a complaint from a railway worker that a white man was vandalising a wall close to the station and showed officers several pics he’d snapped.

When cops from Mae Ping police station went to investigate they found their man with a bag of aerosol cans busy making a mess that he claimed to be street art.
