Korean Man Stabbed 17 Times In Pattaya

A 28-year-old Korean man was in intensive care after being stabbed 17 times in South Pattaya in the early hours of Thursday morning.

Park Jinhyung was found by a taxi driver at around 2am on Sen Rong Moo Road crying for help as he climbed out the year of a Bangkok registered BMW X5.

Police said there were at least three assailants and believed the motive behind the brutal attack was likely a business dispute or a personal issue as keys for a Mercedes and 400,000 baht in cash on the dashboard of the BMW.

Mr Jinhyung’s girlfriend told police he no no issues with anyone to her knowledge.

The investigation continues.
