Pattaya 7-Eleven Robbed At Gunpoint

Pattaya police are hunting a lone-gunman who robbed a 7-Eleven convenience store in the early hours of Thursday morning.

The suspect entered the shop close to Bang Lamung bus station at around 4.30am, threatened staff with a gun and made off with 5,000 baht in cash.

The gunman was described as 160cm tall, wearing a red shirt and carrying a blue bag.

None of the staff on duty were hurt during the robbery with police telling reporters they will check CCTV footage from the area in a bid to track down the robber.
