Police arrested six men over the weekend in Bangkok after a minor dispute turned bloody leaving a disabled man dead.

Father of two Somkiat Sichan, 36, who suffers a physical disability affecting how he walks, was stabbed in the neck and later died in hospital after being attacked by the six men who were brandishing knives and swords.

Witnesses say Somkiat had an altercation with the suspects earlier on Sunday and was demanding an apology from his attackers, one of whom later admitted to police the group had been drinking prior to the incident.
