Thai Man Missing In Russia

The family of a Thai man who has gone missing in Russia have appealed for help in finding him after he was last seen sozzled at a Moscow in June.

A Facebook post made on June 21st stated Uthai Wenbap had been due to return to Thailand the week before after working in Hungary. He had a 2-hour layover in Moscow, but nobody could make contact with him for 5 days.

A coffee shop worker at Sheremetyevo International Airport replied to a post shared with the Thai community in Russia stating he had seen the missing man drunk and disorderly on June 17.

He added security had calmed the shoe and shirtless Uthai down after complaints were made about him dragging airport seating around.

A Thai woman also replied saying she had seen Uthai at the airport and that she would purchase a ticket for him but when she returned to help him he’d vanished.

Police in Thailand are liaising with their Russian counterparts in a bid to locate Mr Wenbap.
