James Bond in Bangkok Gallery

The gallery below features a series of photos of the car chase filmed in Bangkok back in 1974 for the 007 film The Man With The Golden Gun starring Roger Moore.

Bond is chasing Scaramanga in a red AMC Hornet, stolen from a car show room, with the villain driving a gold AMC.

A few famous Bangkok landmarks can be spotted in the movie including Wat Suthat with the Giant Swing in front, although he swing can only be recognsed by its lowest part and is never seen in its full height. Democracy Monument is easily seen in the background during the chase too.

I’m sure you’ll be able to pick out one or two more locations you know from the video of the full car chase below the thumbnails.
